I have to say of all his movies, I love Celina Kyle/Cat Woman from Batman Returns. Her transformation from the self-loathing executive assistant to cat woman (who loathed everyone who betrayed her) was beautifully done and Michelle Pfeiffer was perfect for that role.
Edward Scissorhands runs a close second in my heart as well as so many of the other beautiful characters he creates on screen. Who's your favorite?

I also agree with your followed by for Ed Wood, but I think my favorite from Ed Wood is Bill Murray as Bunny Breckinridge & Juliet Landau as Loretta King.
